Hi,

My wife and children came home with a slow worm yesterday which they found in the middle of the road. We put it in a tank  with soil, a rock and some old dead leaves. the tank has a ventilated lid. We found some small slugs to put in.

Today the slow worm has produced a baby, should we try to look after it/them for a while or release them back to the wild soonest?

If we should release them, should we try to locate more sloe worms in an area to release them, or, wood anywhere in wood do. Is it to late to release?
